In Testing, adjusting and balancing we evaluate temperature and environmental control systems to ensure they’re heating or cooling according to design specifications and at the equipment’s best level of efficiency. The process involves using test instruments, sensors and monitors to verify proper temperatures, airflow and other characteristics of the HVAC system.
Commissioning of HVAC Systems
Assuring that all systems and components of a building are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client. Our Commissioning team ensures optimised performance and efficiency of the HVAC system.
Retro Commissioning of HVAC Systems
Testing the HVAC system of an old building that was repaired and upgraded rather than replaced, to verify that it meets the designer’s and/or owner’s requirements.
Sound testing and Vibration Testing
After balancing, HVAC systems can still produce and emit unwanted sounds and vibrations throughout the building, irritating the occupants and directly affecting the productivity of work.
We facilitate these sound and vibration tests.
Reliability testing
The reliability test is a test to ensure that the system is reliable and functioning as intended by the
specifications after the system is placed into automatic operation. These tests carry on for 31 to ensure
that the system functions within the required design tolerances.
Calibration of Feild Devices
All field measuring devices are to be tested for the correct rating, range other critical parameters.
The devices must be compared during operation to calibrated measuring instruments to ensure the work as intended.
Multi Seasonal Testing
Once the Test and Balance of a system is performed in the off season, they must be re-tested and verification must be
performed to ensure that the system is performing as required even during peak Summer and Winter conditions. These tests could
include temperature logging and re-balancing.
Duct leakage Testing
All duct work shall be field-tested during construction prior to insulation to ensure that there is no leakage
in the system. This can be performed by pressuring the ducts with air and measuring the amount of leaking air to check whether it is
within the specified tolerances.
Functionality and Performance Test
The functioning and operation of the system must be tested as per the designed sequence of operation.
The operation of the BMS system must also be tested to verify it performs as intended and
to ensure the overall operation of the system in the automatic mode.
